Shopping for your teak garden furniture with Chic Teak should be clear, easy and enjoyable.

In addition to ordering online you can order by email, phone or by appointment at our office.  Choose the most convenient method for you from the list below.

Ordering Online

We've aimed to make this process as easy as possible. If you follow these steps, your desired teak garden furniture, planters, objet d’art or cushions will soon be on their way to you.

1. Find an item you want to buy

2. If applicable choose a size from the product size pull down on the right hand side of the product page

3. Add the quantity required in the Qty box. Then click Add to Cart to add the item to your Shopping basket

4. You will be taken to your shopping basket but if you wish to add more items and continue shopping click Continue shopping alternatively if you have finished shopping click Checkout

5. Once you reach the checkout screen, check your order and amend if necessary. Otherwise, click the Checkout button. Please note it is important to let us know your delivery area postcode so we can calculate any delivery charge if applicable..

6. If you are an existing Chic Teak customer, please enter your email address and password and click Checkout

7. If you're a new Chic Teak customer, you'll need to register your details. Registering makes it easier to place orders in the future or make a wish list for later ordering. Input your personal details and a password.

8. New customers will receive an email confirming that your account has been setup. Click continue.

9. Once you are logged in as either a new or existing customer, or have entered all relevant information, you will need to confirm your delivery address and make any comments about your order and then proceed to Payment

10. Enter your payment details and click Confirm order

11. You should see a message confirming your order has been placed and is being processed. An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address

By Phone

Having seen our website www.chicteak.co.uk or received our brochure and wish to place an order please ring the office on 0845 390 5000. Our experienced staff will be happy to discuss your order and help you make the best decision for your home, garden or gift as well as arranging delivery and payment details.

Visiting our Warehouse

Though we are not a conventional retail outlet If you wish to see any of our teak garden furniture please phone 0845 390 5000 to make an appointment to visit us. We will be happy to see you and show you whatever it is that you’re interested in. We are open during normal office hours – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm but can be flexible about evening and weekends especially in the spring and summer months. 

UK Delivery

The choice is yours - You can collect from our warehouse, we can deliver ourselves or for express delivery organise a courier to deliver on our behalf.

Our garden furniture is made and fully assembled at the factory by our skilled craftsmen and tables are carefully assembled at our warehouse.  This means all our teak garden furniture is delivered to you fully assembled and is not flat-packed.

We therefore take great care with your order and like to deliver it ourselves so we can be assured that it gets to you in excellent condition and you can enjoy your furniture straight away. For deliveries with restricted access tables can be assembled on site. Please let us know at the time of your ordering

Shipping and Handling Fees

Delivery is free on all Garden Furniture orders over £1500 to mainland UK*. (Excluding discounted or clearance items)

Orders with a value of between £120 and £1500 are charged dependent on your delivery address postcode see below.

Orders under £120 to mainland UK will incur a delivery charge of £20.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally deliver your order to you in 14 business days subject to stock. In all cases we will contact you to arrange a convenient date.  In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order from stock, we will contact you and discuss the estimated delivery time or an alternative product.  If we are unable to supply or offer an alternative, you will have the option to cancel if you wish.

An optional express 48 hour delivery service is available in most areas if required. Please ring for details

Collection

If you have suitable transport you can collect your items yourself from our warehouse. We are open 9.00 to 17:00 weekdays and by appointment at the weekends.
